Client Coordinator

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle client coordination from Purchase Order (PO) receipt to final order dispatch and closure.
• Review and process client POs, including product details, quantities, pricing and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Purchase, QA/QC, Packaging and Dispatch teams for timely order execution.
• Follow up on raw material and packaging material availability to avoid production delays.
• Track production schedules, order status and committed delivery dates.
• Coordinate with clients for artwork, packaging, samples and other required approvals.
• Ensure timely follow-up on pending approvals, documentation and client requirements.
• Coordinate with QA/QC for product release and dispatch-related documentation.
• Plan and coordinate with the Dispatch team for timely shipment of finished goods.
• Share regular order status updates and delivery timelines with clients.
• Maintain accurate PO records, order tracking sheets and client communication records.
• Proactively identify order delays and coordinate with internal departments for quick resolution.
• Ensure smooth execution of orders and complete client satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good English communication skills (Email, WhatsApp & Calls).
• Strong coordination, follow-up and multitasking skills.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel and order tracking.
• Ability to work with multiple departments and manage client deadlines.
• Good problem-solving skills and a responsible attitude.
• Experience in Cosmetics, FMCG, Pharma or Manufacturing industries preferred.
• Experience in order processing, sales coordination or client servicing will be an added advantage.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
