Job Title: Cafe Staff

Job Summary:

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Cafe Staff member to handle day-to-day cafe operations, assist customers, and maintain cleanliness and service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and take food and beverage orders.
• Serve food, beverages, tea, coffee, and other cafe items.
• Handle billing, cash, UPI, and other payment methods.
• Assist in basic food and beverage preparation when required.
• Maintain cleanliness of tables, counters, kitchen, and dining area.
• Ensure proper presentation and timely serving of orders.
• Refill ingredients, supplies, and other cafe items as needed.
• Follow food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.
• Handle customer queries and provide good customer service.
• Coordinate with kitchen and other staff for smooth cafe operations.
• Support opening and closing activities of the cafe.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a cafe, restaurant, hotel, or food service environment is preferred.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service.
• Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude, punctuality, and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
