Job Description
We’re Hiring: Business Development Executive (Inside & Field Sales)
Job Responsibilities:
Generate new business opportunities through calls, leads, references, and field visits
Promote biometric attendance systems, access control devices, and security software solutions
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products/solutions
Conduct product presentations and technical demonstrations for customers
Prepare quotations, proposals, and follow up for order closures
Manage both inside sales and field sales activities
Coordinate with technical/support teams for successful project execution
Build and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to company growth
Required Skills:
Good communication and negotiation skills
Technical understanding with sales aptitude
Confident in customer interaction and presentations
Self-motivated and target oriented
Ability to work independently and in a team
Job Details:
Position: Business Development Executive
Salary: ₹15,000 to ₹30,000 per month
Incentive: Attractive sales incentives based on performance and Bonus
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM
