Business Development Executive (BDE)
About BluTec.AI
BluTec.AI is an AI-powered technology company helping businesses automate sales, marketing, customer communication, and operations through innovative AI solutions including CRM, WhatsApp Automation, AI Voice Calling, Websites, Mobile Apps, and ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities
• Connect with inbound and outbound business leads
• Understand client requirements and qualify opportunities
• Conduct product demonstrations via Google Meet
• Present BluTec.AI's AI-powered solutions to prospective clients
• Maintain lead updates and follow-ups in CRM
• Build long-term client relationships
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to business growth
Requirements
• Graduate in any discipline
• 0–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development
• Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome
• Strong negotiation and presentation skills
• Basic knowledge of AI tools like ChatGPT or Gemini is an added advantage
• Familiarity with Google Sheets/MS Office is preferred
