Job Description

Operations Executive-cum-Junior Valuer

Mudra Gold is hiring an Operations Executive to handle customer interactions and daily branch operations.

Responsibilities: Lead follow-ups, customer service, KYC and documentation, purchase billing, payment preparation, cashbook maintenance, stock and packet records, daily reconciliation, and support in gold and silver valuation.

Requirements: Graduate with good communication, basic computer and numerical skills. Candidates with experience in retail, jewellery, cash handling or branch operations will be preferred.
