Job Description

Job Opening – Back Office Assistant (Bidding Expert)

Experience: Freshers can apply

Key Responsibilities:

  • Preparing and making quotations
  • Filling and submitting bids on the GeM (Government e-Marketplace) portal
  • Preparing and maintaining reports
  • Handling documentation and data entry
  • Coordinating with internal teams for quotations, tenders, and bids
  • Maintaining records and ensuring timely submission of documents

Candidate Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of GeM portal and tender/bid processes
  • Experience in quotation preparation and documentation
  • Good working knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
