Bench Sales Recruiter

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated Bench Sales Recruiter to join our recruitment team and manage the marketing and placement of available IT consultants. Freshers are welcome to apply. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work effectively in a night-shift environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Market and promote available IT consultants to potential clients and vendors.
• Identify suitable job requirements and match available consultants with relevant positions.
• Communicate with recruiters, vendors, and clients through calls, emails, and online platforms.
• Maintain and update consultant profiles, resumes, and availability details.
• Negotiate rates and coordinate interview schedules with vendors and clients.
• Follow up on submitted profiles and track interview and placement status.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and recruitment vendors.
• Maintain daily activity reports and achieve assigned placement targets.

Salary

• ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
• Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹30,000
• Performance Incentive: Up to ₹10,000
