Job Description
Manage day-to-day salon operations and ensure smooth workflow.
Supervise, coordinate, and manage salon staff.
Handle client appointments, walk-ins, inquiries, and customer service.
Maintain high standards of salon hygiene, grooming, and professional presentation.
Monitor staff attendance, punctuality, discipline, and performance.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Drive retail product and service sales through the team.
Handle customer complaints professionally and ensure client satisfaction.
Monitor inventory, product usage, and stock requirements.
Coordinate with the owner regarding daily operations, sales, staff, and business requirements.
Ensure salon policies, SOPs, and service standards are followed.
Maintain daily sales, appointment, staff, and operational reports.
Support marketing activities, offers, promotions, and client retention.
