Job Description
Handle day-to-day back-office and administrative activities.
Perform accurate data entry and maintain company records.
Prepare and maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Manage documentation, files, invoices, and other office records.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, dispatch, and other departments.
Follow up with internal teams regarding pending tasks and requirements.
Handle emails, calls, and routine correspondence.
Update customer and company databases regularly.
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, invoices, or other documents as required.
Track orders, payments, deliveries, and other operational information.
Maintain proper filing and documentation of important records.
