About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Marketing Manager to lead marketing initiatives, drive brand growth, generate quality leads, and develop strategies that contribute directly to business revenue.

Key Responsibilities



• Develop and execute marketing strategies and campaigns aligned with business objectives.
• Lead digital, offline, BTL, and promotional marketing activities.
• Plan and manage lead-generation campaigns across relevant channels.
• Develop strategies to improve brand visibility, customer acquisition, and engagement.
• Manage marketing budgets and monitor ROI and campaign performance.
• Coordinate with Sales, Recruitment, Operations, and Business Development teams.
• Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities.
• Manage social media, content, email, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Build partnerships and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team and assign targets/KPIs.
• Track key metrics such as leads, conversions, CAC, ROI, engagement, and revenue contribution.
• Prepare regular marketing performance reports for management.
• Ensure consistent brand positioning across all marketing channels.
