Job Description

ACCOUNT ASSISTANT

Location: Piplaj - Pirana Road, Ahmedabad

Experience: Minimum 2 years

Software: Tally Prime

Salary: Rs. 18,000 - Rs. 25,000 per month, based on interview performance

Benefits: PF, ESI and Bonus as applicable

Facilities: 2 times Tea and Lunch provided by company

Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 6:30 PM

Weekly Off: Sunday

Job Responsibilities:

  • Invoice preparation and E-way bill generation in Tally Prime
  • Voucher entries
  • Purchase entries
  • Bank entries
  • GST and TDS related work
  • Import and Export documentation
  • HR related accounting work
  • Maintain day-to-day accounting records

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience
  • Good knowledge of Tally Prime
  • Knowledge of GST and TDS
  • Good understanding of basic accounting
  • Experience in handling day-to-day accounting work
  • Good documentation and record-keeping skills
