Accountant/ Accounts Executive

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Accountant / Accounts Executive to manage accounting and financial activities within the air cargo and logistics operations. The ideal candidate should have at least 3 years of experience and a good understanding of accounting processes, documentation, and logistics-related transactions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting activities and financial transactions.
• Maintain sales, purchase, expense, receipt, and payment records.
• Prepare invoices, bills, vouchers, and payment documentation.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable activities.
• Maintain ledgers and assist with bank reconciliation.
• Verify invoices and supporting documents related to cargo and logistics operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and logistics teams regarding billing and payments.
• Track outstanding payments and follow up with customers when required.
• Maintain accurate records of freight, transportation, and service-related expenses.
• Prepare accounting reports and provide financial updates to management.
• Ensure proper filing and maintenance of financial and logistics documents.
• Support audits and other finance-related requirements.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 3 Years
• English: Intermediate English
• Preferred Industries: Infrastructure & Transport, Logistics, Trade & Commerce

• ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month
