Job Description

Daily Responsibilities of the Accountant


* Maintain daily expense records.

* Record all purchase entries.

* Update daily sales transactions.

* Manage accounts receivable and payable.

* Maintain cash book and bank book.

* Keep accounting books updated.

* Reconcile bank statements.

* Verify bills, invoices, and vouchers.

* Prepare daily financial reports.

* Assist with GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting records.

* Coordinate with management for financial updates and document requirements.
