Job Description – Account Executive

Position: Account Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and manage day-to-day financial and accounting records.
  • Handle invoices, payments, receipts, and expense entries.
  • Prepare and maintain ledgers, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Perform bank and account reconciliations.
  • Assist in preparing financial statements and regular reports.
  • Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting requirements.
  • Verify and maintain accurate financial documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and clients regarding accounts-related queries.
  • Support month-end and year-end closing activities.
