Salary:-

₹15,000 – ₹22,000 per month (Based on experience, creativity, and editing skills.)

• Job ResponsibilitiesEdit long-form YouTube videos with engaging storytelling and smooth transitions.
• Create high-quality YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, and Facebook Reels.
• Add motion graphics, subtitles, captions, sound effects, and background music.
• Perform basic color correction and audio enhancement for professional-quality videos.
• Create attractive intros, outros, and basic thumbnails.
• Deliver videos within deadlines while maintaining high quality.
• Organize and manage video files efficiently.
• Work closely with the marketing and content team to execute creative ideas.
• Repurpose long-form videos into engaging short-form content.
• Stay updated with the latest YouTube and social media editing trends.
• Required SkillsGood knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Basic knowledge of After Effects will be an added advantage.
• Experience with DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut is a plus.
• Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and engaging video edits.
• Knowledge of royalty-free music, sound design, and basic cinematic editing.
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail.
• Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is an added advantage.
• Candidate RequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of professional video editing experience.
• Must have a strong portfolio or showreel.
• Ability to handle multiple editing projects efficiently.
• Fast learner with a positive attitude.
• Capable of delivering projects on time without compromising quality.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Preferred CandidateExperience editing Real Estate, Business, or Educational YouTube channels.
• Understanding of YouTube audience retention and social media content trends.
• Passion for creating engaging and high-quality short-form videos.
