Job Description

Job Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to customers for Personal Loan services.
  • Explain Personal Loan offers and eligibility criteria.
  • Generate quality leads and convert them into successful applications.
  • Follow up with customers until the loan process is completed.
  • Maintain accurate customer records and update the CRM.
  • Achieve daily and monthly calling targets.


Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year of experience in Personal Loan Telecalling.
  • Good knowledge of the Personal Loan process.
  • Excellent communication and convincing skills.
  • Strong conversation, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
  • Target-oriented with a positive attitude.
  • Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
  • Interested candidates can share their updated resume.
