Telecaller cum Visa Counsellor – Job Responsibilities

• Contact prospective clients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.
• Explain the company’s visa, immigration, and overseas education services to potential clients.
• Understand clients’ requirements, qualifications, financial background, and career goals.
• Provide initial guidance regarding suitable visa/immigration options based on client profiles.
• Generate leads through outbound calling and follow up with interested candidates regularly.
• Schedule counselling sessions and appointments with clients.
• Convert prospective leads into successful clients through effective communication and counselling.
• Maintain proper records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and client interactions.
• Follow up with clients regarding required documents, applications, and payments.
• Coordinate with the visa filing and documentation team for smooth processing.
• Maintain professional relationships with existing and potential clients.
• Achieve assigned monthly calling, lead conversion, and enrollment targets.
• Handle client queries professionally and resolve basic concerns promptly.
• Stay updated about the company’s services, visa categories, and applicable process requirements.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports regarding calls, leads, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Maintain confidentiality of client information and company data.
• Perform other duties assigned by the management.

• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Office and WhatsApp.
