ob DescriptionWe are looking for a responsible, sincere and motivated Telecaller & Back Office Executive for our Ahmedabad office.

This position is suitable for candidates who are genuinely interested in a full-time job and willing to work with the company for the long term.

• Key ResponsibilitiesTelecalling and customer follow-up
• Finding hospitals, companies and business leads through Google and other online sources
• Maintaining data in Excel / Google Sheets
• File and document management
• Basic SEO activities and keyword research
• Supporting website and digital marketing activities
• Learning and implementing SEO under company guidance
• Handling day-to-day back-office tasks
• Regular follow-up with potential customers and maintaining proper records
• Candidate Requirements12th Pass or Graduate
• Fresher or 0–1 year experience can apply
• Basic computer and MS Excel knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Basic English, Hindi and Gujarati preferred
• Good internet research skills
• Willingness to learn SEO and digital marketing
• Comfortable with telecalling and customer follow-up
• Responsible, punctual and sincere towards work
