Job Description

TELECALLER

JK Events & Advertising is looking for a smart, confident and proactive Telecaller to join our team in Ahmedabad.


Responsibilities:

  • Make 80–100 calls daily to existing clients.
  • Follow up with inactive and old clients and pitch our services.
  • Work on company-provided leads and generate business.
  • Coordinate with existing clients whose marketing activities are handled by us.
  • Ensure client requirements and follow-ups are properly managed.
  • Handle backend client coordination along with regular telecalling.
  • Business generated through company-provided leads will be eligible for incentives.


Requirements:

  • Smart and confident communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-driven personality.
  • Good client-handling skills.
  • Target-oriented approach.
  • Comfortable with daily calling and follow-ups.
  • Sales, Telecalling or Client Coordination experience will be an advantage.


Salary:

  • Up to Rs. 18,000 per month.
  • Maximum salary budget is Rs. 18,000.
  • Additional incentives on business generation.


Work Details:

Monday to Saturday

9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Sunday Off

Work From Office Only.

No Work From Home option.
