Job Description
To provide excellent customer service, understand customer requirements, present suitable jewellery products, generate sales, achieve assigned targets, and build long-term customer relationships.
- Key ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist customers professionally.
- Understand customer needs, preferences and budget.
- Explain Gold, Diamond, Silver and other jewellery products.
- Demonstrate product features, design, quality, purity and pricing.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Handle customer enquiries and convert them into sales.
- Perform upselling and cross-selling.
- Maintain customer follow-up and CRM records.
- Generate new customer leads and maintain existing relationships.
- Coordinate with Billing, CRM, Inventory and other departments.
- Ensure proper handling and safety of jewellery products.
- Maintain showroom display and cleanliness standards.
- Handle customer complaints professionally.
- Follow company policies, SOPs and security procedures.
- Maintain professional grooming, discipline and punctuality.
