Sales & Marketing Executive (Industrial Machinery)

Success Technologies is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales & Marketing Executive to drive the growth of our industrial machinery portfolio. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales for our high-quality CNC Router Machines, Fiber Laser Cutting Machines, and CO2 Laser Machines. The ideal candidate will have a strong mix of B2B field sales experience and digital marketing savvy to reach manufacturers and fabricators.

Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and qualify potential B2B & B2C clients across various manufacturing and fabrication sectors requiring CNC and laser cutting solutions.

​Client Meetings & Demonstrations: Conduct site visits, deliver compelling product presentations, and explain the technical benefits and ROI of our machinery to business owners and production managers.

​Sales Pipeline Management: Manage the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact and quotation generation to negotiation and closing.

Market Strategy: Execute targeted local marketing campaigns and assist in developing promotional materials for new machinery launches.

Customer Relationship Management: Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction, encourage repeat business, and generate referrals.

​Market Intelligence: Track industry trends, monitor competitor activities, and provide feedback to management to refine pricing and product positioning.

Qualifications & Requirements :

​Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.

​Proven experience in B2B sales or marketing, preferably within the industrial machinery, capital equipment, or manufacturing sectors.
