Job Description
About Royal TintRoyal Tint is a leading Indian brand specializing in Smart Switchable Glass, PDLC Switchable Film, and innovative architectural privacy solutions. We serve architects, interior designers, glass fabricators, contractors, corporate clients, and commercial projects across India.
Key Responsibilities
- Business Development: Identify and generate new business opportunities in assigned territories.
- Client Acquisition: Develop relationships with architects, interior designers, turnkey contractors, builders, glass processors, and corporate clients.
- Sales & Revenue: Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through consistent follow-ups and deal closures.
- Field Marketing: Conduct client visits, product presentations, demonstrations, and business meetings.
- Lead Management: Handle inquiries, qualify leads, prepare quotations, and convert opportunities into orders.
- Channel Development: Identify and onboard dealers, distributors, and business partners.
- Market Research: Monitor competitor activities, market trends, pricing, and potential projects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate daily records of calls, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities in Zoho CRM.
- Client Relationships: Build long-term relationships to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Reporting: Submit daily activity reports, weekly sales pipelines, and monthly performance updates.
