Job Description: Tours & Travel Executive

Job Title: Tours & Travel Executive
Location: Panchvati, C.G. Road, Ahmedabad
Experience: Minimum 1 year in the Tours & Travel Industry
Job Timing: 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM
Working Days: Monday to Saturday
Salary: As per experience and interview
Gender Preference: Both Male and Female candidates are eligible; female candidates preferred.
Job Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries related to domestic and international tour packages.
Counsel customers regarding travel packages, visa services, and travel requirements.
Explain tour itineraries, package pricing, and travel arrangements to clients.
Generate leads, follow up with prospective customers, and convert inquiries into bookings.
Coordinate flight bookings, hotel reservations, and other travel-related services.
Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Required Skills
Minimum 1 year of experience in the Tours & Travel industry.
Good communication and customer-handling skills.
Knowledge of tour packages, visa processes, and travel services.
Strong sales, negotiation, and convincing skills.
Ability to generate leads and follow up with clients.
Target-oriented approach with a positive attitude.
Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
