Sales Coordinator – Customer & Order Management

Creative Arts is a precision sheet-metal manufacturing and CNC laser-cutting company located in Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad.

We are looking for a responsible and customer-focused Sales Coordinator who can manage customer communication, enquiries, quotations, order-status coordination and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities• Handle customer calls, WhatsApp and email enquiries

• Receive RFQs and collect drawing, material, thickness, quantity and other required details

• Prepare quotations using the company's approved process

• Follow up quotations systematically until order / closure

• Coordinate with production planning for cutting and order status

• Provide customers with confirmed production and delivery updates

• Follow up customer-supplied material and coordinate material inward

• Inform customers when their jobs are ready

• Follow up existing customers for repeat orders

• Receive customer complaints, record them and coordinate internally until closure

• Maintain enquiry, quotation and follow-up records in ERP / Excel

Candidate Profile• 2–4 years of experience preferred

• Diploma in Mechanical / Production / related Engineering preferred

• Manufacturing / Engineering industry experience preferred

• Good customer communication and follow-up skills

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings

• Knowledge of MS Excel, Email, WhatsApp and ERP

• Basic AutoCAD knowledge preferred

• Gujarati and Hindi required

• Working English required

• Organized, responsible and detail-oriented

ImportantThis is primarily a customer coordination and inside-sales role, not field sales.

The candidate should be comfortable coordinating between customers and a manufacturing production team and must have strong follow-up discipline.

Location: Vatva GIDC, Ahmedabad

Work Type: Full-Time, Work from Office

Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Salary: ₹20,000–₹25,000 per month, depending on experience and capability
