Sales Coordinator

Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and WhatsApp.

Prepare and send quotations, offers, and sales-related documents to customers.

Conduct regular quotation follow-ups with customers and maintain the status of all quotations.

Follow up with customers for Purchase Orders (POs) against submitted quotations.

Coordinate with the sales team for pending quotations and potential orders.

Process customer purchase orders and coordinate order confirmation.

Coordinate with customers, suppliers, logistics, and internal teams for timely order execution.

Provide customers with regular updates regarding order status and delivery schedules.

Conduct regular payment follow-ups with customers for outstanding and overdue payments.

Maintain an updated outstanding payment / receivable follow-up report.

Coordinate with the accounts team regarding customer outstanding balances and payment status.

Follow up with customers for payment commitments and ensure timely collection.

Maintain accurate records of enquiries, quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and payments.

Prepare daily/weekly quotation follow-up and payment follow-up reports.

Maintain customer and sales data in MS Excel / ERP / CRM.

Handle customer complaints and coordinate with the concerned team for resolution.

Assist the sales team in achieving sales targets through regular customer follow-ups.

Maintain good relationships with existing customers and identify potential business opportunities.
