About the RoleWe are hiring Relationship Managers / Field Sales Executives to drive sales and onboard restaurants for a leading restaurant technology platform.

The role involves field sales, lead generation, client meetings, product demos, new client acquisition and relationship management.

• Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through field visits, cold calling and market references.
• Visit restaurants and approach potential business owners.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
• Conduct product demonstrations and explain product features and services.
• Acquire new restaurant clients and close sales.
• Complete client onboarding and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into customers.
• Achieve monthly sales, demo and visit targets.
• Build a strong local reference network for repeat business and referrals.
• Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM/required systems.
• Represent the company professionally during market visits.
• Eligibility1–3 years of experience in Sales / Field Sales / Business Development / Relationship Management.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Two-wheeler and valid driving licence are mandatory.
• Good communication and convincing skills.
• Comfortable with field visits and meeting customers.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated.
• Customer-focused approach.
• Immediate joiners / short notice candidates preferred.
