Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Workflow Oversight: Monitor daily operations, track project timelines, and ensure tasks follow established organizational standards.
  • Interdepartmental Liaison: Act as a central bridge and communication point between teams, vendors, stakeholders, and management.
  • Process Improvement: Identify operational bottlenecks, analyze performance data/KPIs, and recommend or implement workflow enhancements.
  • Documentation & Reporting: Maintain master data, trackers, Excel/Google Sheets, process flowcharts, and compliance or MIS reports.
  • Escalation & Issue Resolution: Track down delays, handle operational roadblocks, and coordinate root-cause analysis or triage meetings.
