Job Title: Operations Support Executive

Job Summary

The Operations Support Executive will support daily operations by coordinating with different teams,

tracking activities, following up on pending tasks, maintaining MIS, and ensuring timely execution of

operational activities.

Key Responsibilities

 Coordinate with Operations, Inward, Inventory, QC, Dispatch and other teams.

 Track orders, shipments, vehicles, manpower and daily operational activities.

 Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely closure.

 Identify operational issues and coordinate with concerned teams for resolution.

 Maintain daily reports, MIS and operational records.

 Support order processing, dispatch activities.

 Ensure SOPs and process guidelines are followed.

 Support process improvements and new operational initiatives.

 Share daily updates and highlight critical issues.

Required Skills

 Good communication and coordination skills.

 Strong follow-up and problem-solving ability.

 Good knowledge of MS Excel/MIS.

 Good time management and documentation skills.

Qualification & Experience

Education: Graduate

Experience: Min 1 years in Operations/Warehouse/Logistics
