Job Description
- Key Responsibilities :
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, pantry, meeting rooms, workstations, and common areas.
- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees, visitors, and management.
- Manage pantry supplies and inform the administration team when items need to be replenished.
- Open and close the office as per the assigned schedule.
- Deliver and collect documents, files, parcels, and other official items within or outside the office.
- Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and other basic administrative tasks.
- Assist in arranging meeting rooms before and after meetings.
- Welcome visitors and guide them to the appropriate person or department.
- Deposit cheques, submit documents, and perform bank, courier, or other outdoor duties when required.
- Support office staff in shifting files, stationery, equipment, and other materials.
- Monitor office stationery and housekeeping supplies and report shortages.
- Ensure office equipment, lights, fans, and other utilities are switched off after working hours.
- Perform any other office-support duties assigned by the management or administration team.
