Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administrative activities.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital documents, files, and records.
- Assist in printing, photocopying, scanning, filing, and documentation.
- Handle inward and outward documents, courier, and dispatch activities.
- Coordinate with different departments for routine office requirements.
- Assist in maintaining office stationery and other administrative supplies.
- Support visitors, vendors, and office staff as required.
- Assist HR/Admin team in basic administrative work.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of office records and work areas.
- Perform bank, courier, post office, or other outdoor office-related tasks when required.
- Support management and other departments with assigned administrative tasks.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the reporting manager.
