We are looking for a Marketing Executive to manage our digital marketing activities, create engaging content, generate quality leads and contribute to building Wynest Realty as a strong real estate brand.

• Key ResponsibilitiesDigital MarketingPlan and execute digital marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
• Manage Meta Ads, Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp marketing.
• Monitor campaign performance, lead quality and cost per lead.
• Coordinate with the sales team to ensure proper handling of marketing-generated leads.
• Prepare basic reports on marketing and campaign performance.
• Research new marketing channels and opportunities for lead generation.
• Social Media & ContentManage Wynest Realty's social media accounts.
• Create and maintain a monthly content calendar.
• Plan content for Instagram Reels, posts, stories and carousels.
• Create content around real estate projects, investment opportunities, market updates and property insights.
• Coordinate with graphic designers, photographers and video editors when required.
• Stay updated with social media trends and implement relevant trends into the brand's content strategy.
• Lead GenerationGenerate quality leads through digital marketing campaigns.
• Develop new ideas and strategies to attract potential buyers and investors.
• Test different ad creatives, audiences and campaign strategies.
• Track marketing leads through the CRM and coordinate with the sales team.
• Branding & MarketingMaintain a consistent and premium brand image for Wynest Realty.
• Assist in creating brochures, presentations, project profiles and promotional material.
• Support property launches, events and other marketing activities.
• Research competitors and identify new marketing opportunities.
• Contribute ideas for improving Wynest Realty's overall marketing strategy.
• RequirementsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, social media or real estate marketing.
• Good understanding of Meta Ads, Instagram and Facebook.
• Basic knowledge of Canva and content creation.
• Good communication and writing skills.
• Ability to understand marketing data and campaign performance.
• Creative and proactive approach to marketing.
• Good knowledge of English and Hindi. Gujarati will be an advantage.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple marketing activities.
• Preferred SkillsPrevious experience in real estate marketing.
• Experience running Meta lead-generation campaigns.
• Knowledge of Google Ads.
• Experience with Sell.Do or other CRM platforms.
• Basic video editing and Reels creation skills.
• Understanding of the Ahmedabad real estate market.
