Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Draft plaints, written statements, interim applications, appeals, writ petitions, and legal notices.
- Represent clients before Civil Courts, High Court, Revenue Authorities, and RERA/Tribunals.
- Conduct legal research, title searches, and property due diligence.
- Brief senior counsel and manage case filings, arguments, and evidence proceedings.
- Advise clients on civil disputes, property laws, contract enforcement, and injunctions.
Requirements:
- LLB or LLM degree from a recognized university.
- Active Bar Council registration.
- 3 years of relevant experience in handling civil cases.
- Proficient knowledge of Indian Contract Act, Transfer of Property Act, and local land laws.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Gujarati.
