JOB DESCRIPTION (JD)🔹 Position: Kitchen Staff / Cook🔹 Reporting To: Outlet Manager / Supervisor🔹 Location: AHMEDABAD

🔸 1. Key Responsibilities🍳 Food Preparation & Cooking Prepare all menu items as per HL Frankie standard recipes (SOPs)Maintain taste consistency, portion control, and presentation Ensure fast and efficient order execution during rush hours Follow proper cooking sequence and timing🧼 Hygiene & Cleanliness Maintain strict kitchen hygiene at all times Wear proper uniform, gloves, cap, and apron Clean workstations, utensils, and equipment regularly Follow FSSAI hygiene standards🔪 Kitchen Operations Ensure all ingredients are prepped before opening Proper use and handling of kitchen equipment Avoid wastage of raw materials Maintain cleanliness of fridge, storage, and prep areas📦 Inventory Handling Check daily stock levels of raw materials Inform manager about low stock or shortages Ensure proper storage (FIFO method)Handle goods carefully to avoid damage⚡ Order Management Read KOT (Kitchen Order Ticket) properly Prepare orders accurately without mistakes Coordinate with counter staff for smooth flow Maintain speed + accuracy balance

🔸 2. Daily Duties Checklist☐ Kitchen opening cleaning done☐ Raw material prep completed☐ Equipment checked and working☐ Service area clean during operations☐ Closing cleaning completed☐ Waste disposed properly

🔸 3. Skills Required Basic cooking knowledge Speed and multitasking ability Teamwork and coordination Discipline and cleanliness Ability to work under pressure
