Jr. Accountant

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Junior Accountant to assist with daily accounting activities, maintain financial records, and support the finance team in preparing reports and managing transactions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record and maintain daily financial transactions.
• Prepare invoices, purchase orders, and payment vouchers.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Reconcile bank statements and company accounts.
• Assist in GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records and documentation.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Assist in payroll processing and expense tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal departments regarding financial matters.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com) or related field.
• 1–2 years of accounting experience.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and taxation.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally ERP/Tally Prime.
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of GST filing and bookkeeping.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
