Job Description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for doctors, consultants, nursing, paramedical, administrative, and support staff.
  • Handle onboarding, employee lifecycle management, HR documentation, and personnel records.
  • Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Bonus, and other statutory requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and shift planning.
  • Support compliance by maintaining HR records, policies, SOPs, and training documentation.
  • Foster positive employee relations by addressing grievances and promoting engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate employee training, induction programs, and mandatory compliance training.
  • Drive performance management, probation reviews, and employee development.
  • Prepare HR MIS reports and support management with workforce planning and HR analytics.
