Position: HR Executive

Experience: 0–1 Year

Key Responsibilities

• Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and employee referrals.
• Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Support the onboarding process, including document collection and employee induction.
• Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
• Prepare and update HR reports, attendance, and leave records.
• Assist in payroll inputs and employee data management.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and company events.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain confidentiality of employee information.
• Perform other HR and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of HR functions and recruitment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
