Flight Ticket Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Flight Ticketing Executive to handle domestic and international flight bookings, ticket issuance, cancellations, rescheduling, and customer support.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle domestic and international flight bookings and ticketing.
• Search and compare flight fares, schedules, and availability.
• Issue, reissue, cancel, and reschedule flight tickets.
• Handle PNR creation, amendments, and ticketing procedures.
• Provide customers with accurate flight information and travel options.
• Coordinate with airlines and GDS/airline portals for booking-related issues.
• Handle refunds, cancellations, and ticket-related queries.
• Maintain proper booking records and documentation.
• Follow up on pending payments, confirmations, and ticketing deadlines.
• Provide excellent customer service and resolve booking-related issues promptly.

Required Skills:

• Knowledge of domestic and international air ticketing.
• Knowledge of GDS such as Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre is preferred.
• Good computer knowledge.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Good knowledge of English.
• Ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Freshers with basic knowledge of ticketing may also apply.

Experience:

0–3 years in flight ticketing/travel industry. Freshers with relevant knowledge can be considered.
