Field Sales Executive

We are looking for a dynamic Field Sales Executive to drive AAC block sales for Eko Bloc Pvt. Ltd. across Ahmedabad. The role involves daily field visits, lead generation, and closing sales directly with builders and site owners, as well as through dealers and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Visit construction sites, builders, and individual site owners across Ahmedabad to generate new business leads and close direct sales

• Build and maintain relationships with dealers and distributors to expand our channel network

• Identify upcoming residential and commercial projects and pitch AAC blocks to decision-makers on-site

• Follow up on leads, negotiate pricing, and close orders

• Coordinate with the internal sales/production team for order fulfillment and delivery timelines

• Maintain daily visit reports and update the sales pipeline regularly

• Achieve monthly sales targets (CBM-based)

• Ensure timely payment collection and follow-up with clients

Requirements:

• Prior experience in field sales, preferably in building materials, cement, construction, or related B2B/B2C sales

• Own two-wheeler with valid driving license (mandatory — daily travel across Ahmedabad)

• Strong communication skills in Gujarati and Hindi; working English preferred

• Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable with on-ground client meetings

• Basic knowledge of the Ahmedabad construction/real estate market is a plus

Compensation:

Fixed salary + attractive incentive based on sales performance
