Female Staff Nurse

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate female Staff Nurse with hands-on experience in an IVF / Fertility Clinic & OT setup. The ideal candidate will be responsible for patient care during fertility treatments, assisting gynaecologists/embryologists during procedures (OPU, ET, IUI), medication administration, and patient counselling.

1. Clinical & Procedure AssistanceAssist the fertility specialist during IUI, OPU (Ovum Pick-Up), ET (Embryo Transfer), and Diagnostic Hysteroscopy.

• Prepare and maintain the IVF Operation Theatre (OT) ensuring strict aseptic protocols and sterile conditions.
• Handle pre-op preparation and post-op recovery care for patients undergoing egg retrieval and embryo transfer.

2. Medication & Protocol ManagementAdminister fertility injections (subcutaneous & intramuscular), hormonal therapies, and trigger injections strictly according to doctor protocols and precise timings.

• Educate and guide patients on self-administration of injections when required.
• Maintain accurate inventory, cold-chain storage, and tracking of specialized IVF medications and consumables.

3. Patient Care & CoordinationGuide and counsel couples through treatment cycles, scan schedules, and medication compliance with empathy.

• Collect and handle blood samples for hormonal assays
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient files, consent forms, and treatment cycle sheets in accordance with ART guidelines.
