Position: Corporate Event Planner
Gender: Male & Female Candidates
Location: Ahmedabad
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: 1+ Year
💼 Job Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate corporate events, conferences, exhibitions & activations.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, venues and event teams.
- Manage event timelines, budgets and execution.
- Handle event requirements from planning to successful completion.
- Ensure smooth on-site event coordination and client satisfaction.
- Develop new event concepts and promotional ideas.
📝 Candidate Requirements
- 1+ year of experience in event planning/management.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.
- Willingness to travel for events when required.
