About Apni Things

Apni Things is a growing D2C brand in the Home & Kitchen space, building products that solve everyday problems for Indian households.

We're looking for someone who understands Instagram, creators and social media and wants to go beyond simply posting content.

You'll work directly on building our creator and influencer marketing engine, discovering creators, negotiating collaborations, coordinating shoots and helping us turn creator content into high-performing advertising creatives.

What You'll Do

• Research and discover relevant Instagram creators and UGC creators.
• Reach out to creators through Instagram, WhatsApp and calls.
• Build and maintain relationships with creators.
• Negotiate collaboration rates and close deals within defined budgets.
• Follow up consistently with creators from first contact to final content delivery.
• Maintain a structured database of creators, collaborations and content.
• Identify creators and content styles that have potential to perform well.
• Gradually contribute to creative ideas, hooks, concepts and content briefs.
• Work closely with the founders on upcoming campaigns and product launches.
• Learn how creator content is tested and used in Meta advertising.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is already familiar with influencer marketing or social media and wants to build a career around creators and content.

You should have:

• Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Media Management, or a closely related role.
• Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form content.
• Good English communication skills.
• Good Hindi communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and negotiation skills.
• Good organizational skills you should be comfortable managing multiple creators and conversations at once.
• A natural interest in content, creators and social media.
• Creative thinking and the ability to understand what makes content interesting.
• Willingness to work from our Ahmedabad office.

As you grow, the role can expand into Creative Strategy, Creator Marketing Management and Performance Creative.

The long-term opportunity is to grow into a:

Creative / Influencer Marketing Manager

with ownership over creator campaigns and content strategy.

Experience Required: Prior experience in Influencer Marketing, Creator Marketing, Social Media Management, or a similar field.

We are open to candidates from different backgrounds and experience levels as long as you have genuine hands-on experience and understand the creator/social media ecosystem.

Salary₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Salary will depend on experience, communication skills and overall fit.
