Job Description

Continental & Chinese Chef

  • Prepare and cook Continental & Chinese dishes.
  • Maintain food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Ensure proper kitchen hygiene and food safety.
  • Manage ingredients, portion control, and food wastage.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen team during service.
  • Assist in menu preparation and new dish development.

Reservation Executive

  • Manage booking confirmations, modifications, and cancellations.
  • Maintain accurate reservation records.
  • Coordinate with Front Office and other departments.
  • Follow up on tentative and pending bookings.
  • Provide information about rates, details and policies.
  • Ensure excellent guest service and smooth booking operations.
