Job Description

Business Development Manager – SolarWe are looking for a Business Development Manager who can take ownership of the complete customer journey — from generating leads to closing the sale and supporting the customer after installation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate and manage new leads through calls, references, field visits and networking.
  • Understand customer requirements and suggest the right solar solution.
  • Prepare and present quotations and proposals.
  • Follow up, negotiate and close deals.
  • Coordinate with the technical/project team until installation and commissioning.
  • Stay connected with customers for after-sales support and referrals.
  • Achieve monthly sales and business targets.

What we’re looking for:

Someone who is proactive, customer-focused, good at communication and negotiation, and takes ownership of results. Solar industry experience is preferred, but a strong sales mindset matters most.
