Back Office Executive

We are looking for a Back Office Executive – Sales Support to assist the sales team with quotations, order processing, customer coordination, documentation and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and send quotations to customers as per sales requirements.
• Handle customer enquiries and coordinate with the sales team for timely responses.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate order records.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders and pending requirements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Accounts, Production and Dispatch teams for order execution.
• Maintain customer data, enquiry records, quotation status and order details.
• Prepare sales reports, MIS and daily/weekly sales updates.
• Follow up on pending payments in coordination with the Accounts team.
• Coordinate dispatch details and provide order status updates to customers.
• Maintain proper documentation of quotations, orders, invoices and customer communications.
• Support the sales team in day-to-day administrative and coordination activities.
• Maintain regular follow-up with existing customers and assist in generating repeat business.
