Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Account Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, billing, and customer coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales invoices and manage GST e-invoicing.
- Generate and manage E-Way Bills.
- Perform bank reconciliation and maintain accurate financial records.
- Handle customer coordination through emails and phone calls.
- Maintain accounting entries and records in Tally Prime.
- Coordinate with internal teams and customers to ensure smooth billing and documentation processes.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in accounting and billing.
- Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime is essential.
- Good understanding of GST billing, e-invoicing, and E-Way Bills.
- Experience in bank reconciliation and basic accounting operations.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Proficiency in email communication and MS Excel.
