Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare Estimates, Proforma Invoices & Tax Invoices
  • Handle and maintain day-to-day accounting activities
  • Maintain purchase & sales records
  • Manage inward & outward material entries
  • Maintain physical stock in godown
  • Maintain stock records in accounting/software system
  • Regularly reconcile physical stock with software stock
  • Maintain proper documentation and records
  • Coordinate with office, purchase, sales & dispatch teams
