Sales Executive

Generate and convert leads for domestic and commercial solar energy systems.

Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, and other communication channels.

Understand customer requirements and explain suitable solar system solutions.

Follow up regularly with interested leads to convert them into confirmed customers.

Coordinate with the technical and installation teams for smooth project execution.

Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, quotations, and conversions.

Achieve monthly sales and conversion targets in the areas of Agra , Mathura, Tundla, Firozabad etc.

Focus on high-value commercial solar projects and maximize sales opportunities.

Build strong customer relationships and provide timely responses to queries.

Work on a performance/incentive-based compensation model.

₹7,000/lead conversion incentive for every successfully converted solar lead.

Additional/high incentives may be provided for successful commercial solar project conversions, depending on project size and company policy.

Incentives are applicable after successful confirmation/verification of the customer conversion as per company terms.
