Job Description
dentify and generate new sales opportunities through calls, emails, networking, and field visits.
Meet prospective customers to present products or services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions.
Prepare and share quotations, proposals, and negotiate pricing.
Close sales and achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
Follow up with leads and customers to ensure customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and customer interactions in CRM or sales reports.
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports for management.
Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events when required.
