Job Description
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented candidates for the Agency Sales / Agency Development Manager role.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate business through the agency channel.
Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with advisors and customers.
Guide and support advisors in business generation.
Drive sales and ensure target achievement.
Candidate Requirements:
Graduate candidate preferred.
Minimum 1 year of sales experience required.
Experience in Sales, Field Sales, Insurance Sales, BFSI or Business Development will be preferred.
Good communication and relationship-building skills.
Age: Up to 35 years.
Candidates with more than 3 months employment gaps may not be considered.
