About the Role:
- Civil Maintenance: Oversee repair and upkeep of building structures, flooring, roofing, and other civil assets.
- Project Execution: Manage civil projects including renovations, expansions, and new constructions within timelines and budgets.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to building codes, statutory regulations, and safety norms.
- Vendor Coordination: Liaise with contractors and suppliers for quality execution of civil work.
- Documentation & Reporting: Maintain records of civil work, inspection reports, and compliance audits.
